To Whom It May Concern:

My family and I spent a month in a house in San Miguel arranged through San Miguel Management Co. Everything went down without a hitch and even exceeded our expectations.

The house was beautiful, the location terrific, and she helped with such things as recommending a Spanish School which we might have overlooked but actually loved! Also where to take jewelry classes, good restaurants and stores right in our neighborhood, and things like that.

All business and financial matters were handled with courtesy and efficiency. The first upon our arrival the wonderful couple who take care of the house and garden were available to meet us at the door.

At one point I needed to conduct some business from my office via UPS to San Miguel. The staff at SMMC helped me arrange to have the package shipped to and from their office for convenience and security. My 12 year old son had learned to make silver jewelry at the Instituto, and he forgot and left his favorite piece of work, a ring behind in the house when we left.

San Miguel Management Co. helped us make choices and arrangements we never would have had the local familiarity to do on our own. I thank them and recommend that others take advantage of their services.

I want to thank you and your company for the tremendous help you gave me when staying in San Miguel.I had a marvelous time and Casa Alhambra was a dream come true.Wonderful room,lovely owners and easy access to the Centro.

I did happen to leave my cropped pink leather jacket in a cab on my second day.It is very sentimental to me.I put it out on the radio to the Taxi's for a few days but no one called.If you know of anything else I can do please let me know.

I also want to say Efrain your driver who took me to the airport and back was such a lovely,polite and sincere person.He gave me lots of info on the rides to help me with the culture and language.

I will suggest all my friends to use you.

     My wife and I just wanted to take a few minutes and send you, your colleagues and the owner of Salida Queretaro a quick thank you.
      The house is lovely, beautifully appointed, ideally situated and a pleasure to enjoy. We note the property is for sale and if any prospective buyer wants to get a reference on it from us just have them write or call us, we have nothing but good things to say about the superior location, high quality and excellent livability of the property.
      We were extremely pleased with the consistent professionalism of the San Miguel Management Company staff. We appreciate the way you handled the reservation and how quickly Adriana responded to the minor issues we had.
      While there we had plenty of chances to talk to others that were renting like us and you would not believe the horror stories we heard.  We know that renters exaggerate and often overstate their issues, never the less we can only say that compared to them we were very well served indeed.

     Muchas gracias por todo. San Miguel Management were wonderful.   The service was speedy and excellent and all the staff was courteous.      My thanks for making my stay at San Miguel one of the most memorable vacations I have had.
     I also appreciated your showing me the casita on Jesus de Nazareth.

Quiero darle mis mas sinceros agradecimientos por los servicios prestados lo cual hizo que nuestra estadia en casa Laroche 2 fuera muy pero muy grata.

Estuvimos felices. El depto. nos encanto, es muy acogedor, todo lo tenia, asi que nada nos hizo falta; estabamos como en nuestra propia casa.

Por favor, hagale llegar nuestros agradecimientos a Maruca que nos dejaba el depto. muy bien aseado. Es una senora muy agradable en su trato y contribuyo tambien a que nuestra estadia alli fuera muy placentera.

Our stay at Casa de Serenidad was a dream. We were absolutely charmed by your house and its contents. We love your artwork and all the decorations so tastefully done, and felt at home, as we are very interested in Mexican art. Our expectations were met 100%, and would certainly rent your house again.
