BILL PAYMENTS

This department takes care of overseeing the payments of all your bills (water. phone, gas, cable/satellite, electricity, property taxes) and any other miscellaneous items requested by owners.

We also take  care of all documentation of domestic employees, salaries, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses as required by Mexican law.

HOUSEKEEPING & HOME INSPECTIONS

The services this department provides are:

  • lnspection of your home before each arrival and/or once per month.

  • Signed inspection report by housekeeper before each arrival.

  • Signed inspection report by housekeeper after each departure.

  • Follow up by Manager if damage is reported.

  • Frequent personal contact with your housekeeper to make sure everything is in good order and there are no problems.

  • Handle all Social Security (IMSS) for home owners who's employees are currently enrolled and/or for those who wish to enroll in the future.

ACCOUNTING

Each month, we will provide you with a detailed statement showing deposits and expenditures necessary to properly maintain your home .
