The first guest room is on the main floor next to the living room and near its own full bath. This main level of the house has an open living room/ dining area with gas fireplace and a Mexican tiled kitchen and small bar. It opens to a wonderful private inner courtyard with beautiful mature plantings and an enormous tree. Also opening on to this courtyard is a second guest room with full bath tucked away at the rear of the secluded central courtyard. The Master bedroom with its own gas fireplace, Mexican tiled bath and private terrace for relaxing is on the second level. It can be conveniently accessed from either the central courtyard or from inside the house. On the 3rd floor, you will find a full laundry and another sitting area where you can kick back, have a tequila or margarita and enjoy those great sunset views of San Miguel after a day in town or the surrounds.
