There is a spacious Mexican style KITCHEN equipped with quality dishes and cookware.
A DINNING ROOM separated but near to the kitchen for easy serving and entertaining.
A LIVING ROOM that's bright and cozy with French doors leading to the garden, it contains a flat screen Sony TV & DVD stereo.
SECOND LEVEL:
MASTER BEDROOM - generous light filters through numerous windows. It has a king bed with a top Sealy mattress, quality linens and lots of closet and storage space. There is also a desk area, pretty fireplace and art work. The attached bathroom is elegant and spacious.
SECOND BEDROOM - comfortable twin beds, quality mattresses, lots of closet space and a French door leading to a TERRACE. It has an attached cheerful Mexican tiled BATHROOM.
DEN/OFFICE - modern glass desk, quality office chairs and a couch that makes into a bed. It contains closet space and cupboards.
The casa also comes with an attached casita (small apartment) that can be used as an additional bedroom, studio or private guest space, it has a kitchenette and full bathroom.
You will feel calm and relaxed when you open the entry gate and step inside the property, The casa is surrounded by flowering vine covered colonial walls, allowing for privacy and security.
No need to leave if you're in the mood to stay home the casa is bright and cheerful and has a smooth interior/exterior flow - There are several outside spots to choose from:
Dine at a patio table at the by the GARDEN, surrounded by orange and tropical trees, mature succulents and flowers. Lounge on a outdoor couch in a covered area of the COURTYARD, amongst lush plants. Enjoy the view of churches, historic buildings and fireworks sitting at a Mexican mosaic tile table on the spacious ROOFTOP TERRACE.
PARKING - there's room for a large vehicle inside the compound gates and ample street parking. HOUSEKEEPING - a housekeeper is included once a week for basic cleaning. Personal housekeeping services can be arranged privately. A GARDENER is included twice a week for garden maintenance and clean-up.
A WASHER/DRYER and laundry sink, outdoor cloths line and garden tool room are in a separate utility area on the property, convenient but tucked out of sight. It also has a handy garden bathroom.
There is a home management service included to help with any requests or questions you may have.
