A rear 2nd floor bedroom with a queen bed has both views of the central patio and a balcony overlooking the rear patio. It also has a charming colonial bathroom. A 1st floor bedroom and bath is designed for those with limited mobility, and is also fitted with twin beds. In the middle of the 2nd floor, overlooking the central patio, is a TV room with a 42 inch HD panel TV with basic cable channels and a DVD player. Additional cable channels may be added. There is also wireless internet and a US internet phone, in addition to local Mexican phone service. This room includes a plush sofa that opens into a queen bed. All 3 bedrooms and LR have fireplaces to keep cozy on winter evenings, as well as ceiling fans. For cooking, you will find top appliances, a large pantry, granite counters and all needed dishware. A fully equipped laundry room includes a new washer and dryer. There is a full house water purification system and alarm system. A sound system includes an Ipod dock and CD players, with separately controlled speakers for the LR, MBR, and both ends of the roof terrace. A garage is included if you have a car (though one is not necessary in San Miguel). |
