Casa del Canto (House of Song) offers a peaceful and unique environment in a beautiful neighborhood. The vibrant produce and crafts market is a short walk downhill and the Jardin, the epicenter of life in San Miguel de Allende, is about a 12-15 minute walk from the casa. Nearby, you will discover a wealth of colonial architecture, courtyard restaurants, intriguing shops, and language/art schools. The casa offers convenient access to the nearby acclaimed Botanical Garden. There you will find a visitors center, a self-guided nature trail showcasing native plants, lakeside strolling, acres of hiking trails and birds galore.

Our fully furnished, light filled, and private 8 year old Colonial home was architect-designed with a modern sensibility. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on two levels comfortably accommodate five adults. We renovated the interior design and repainted the house using rich Mexican colors. Large terracotta floor tiles provide rustic charm, and Latin-flavored artwork graces the walls throughout the home.
