Located just 7 minutes walking distance from the center of town, this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is perfect for your stay in San Miguel.

There is a comfortable living room and the dining room is open to the kitchen. A fireplace, easy chairs and game table are close by and perfect for entertaining. The small bedsit area with twin beds and full bath are on this 1st level for when you need that extra spot for stay over guests.

On the 2nd floor are the 2 bedrooms, 1 with new king size bed, great closets and private bath and the other with a queen size bed, large closets and private bath. Both open to the TV sitting room at the top of the stairs.

The roof top terrace with table, chairs and umbrella is the perfect place for that evening Margarita. The housekeeper/cook will help make your stay one to remember, 2 days a week. The laundry area with washing machine and line drying are also available for your use.
