This lovely and colorful home is located in the heart of San Miguel! Walking through the patio gates, you are welcomed into a beautiful garden of large mature trees, flowering plants and fountain.

From the garden, you will step into a very pretty and coloful living room w/fireplace, dining area and kitchen, which are all open to each other. A large study is just off the living room where there is a fold out sofa for guests and a full bath. Tiled stairs lead you to the master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, private balcony and full bath. Across the landing is a wonderful covered terrace, complete with built in sitting areas and views of the interior courtyard below and the surrounding hills.

Another set of stairs lead you to the roof top terrace where you can enjoy views of the Parroquia and the surrounding city.

There is a housekeeper 5 days per week as well as a full laundry for your personal use.
