On the first floor, you will find a hall, an attractively
furnished living room (including a sofa bed) with TV and stereo,
the dining room and kitchen, also a guest bath, also a half bath. Up
a plant filled staircase is the master bedroom with double
bed, sitting area with a single bed and television. The second
bedroom is located on the third level. This fun room has
a sitting area with table and chairs, a double bed and 2
single beds. Each bedroom has a fireplace and talavera tiled
bathroom. Going up to the roof, you will find a very nice
covered terrace with plants, the perfect place to relax and
watch the sunset. This house has a great housekeeper/cook who will be happy to help you with all your needs 3 times per week. Washer and Dryer available. Rental rates: $1,155 - month
