This very cute house with 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths can actually sleep 6 people very comfortably! It is located in the neighborhood of ¨San Antonio¨, just a few minutes walk to the Instituto de Allende and approximately 15 minutes walk to the Jardin.

On the first floor, you will find a hall, an attractively furnished living room (including a sofa bed) with TV and stereo, the dining room and kitchen, also half bath.

Up a plant filled staircase is the master bedroom with double bed and sitting area with a single bed. The guest suite is located on the third level. This large room has a sitting area with table and chairs, a double bed and 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a fireplace and talavera tiled bathroom. Going up to the roof, you will find a covered terrace with plants, the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset.

This house has a great housekeeper/cook who will be happy to help you with all your needs 3 times per week.
