Villa Mariposa is a grand and charming seven-bedroom / eight-bath villa located in an exclusive residential hilltop area in San Miguel de Allende, the most special of Mexico’s colonial towns. The house, furnished in classic colonial Mexican style, has a heated swimming pool, indoor/ outdoor living areas and beautiful gardens with fruit trees. If you desire communication to the outside world, the house is equipped with wireless Internet and a Vonage phone for unlimited free calls to the U.S. and Canada. It is only a five-block walk or cab ride to the town center.
Living room/ Dining room/ Kitchen/ Massage rooms
The dining room has an 18-foot ceiling. It can be warm and intimate or can adapt to seating up to 24 people. The three living rooms (one on the ground floor adjacent to the dining room, one on the second floor with cable TV, and one outside adjacent to the pool area), the chaises and dining table at poolside, and the multiple courtyards, provide you with many places to relax together or spread out in seclusion. The tiled kitchen is complete with microwave, commercial--grade stove, 2 refrigerators, coffee makers, blender, and a complete assortment of cookware. These amenities include a household staff of two cooks, maid, and gardener. All food and water in the house are hygienically purified. There are two massage rooms for helping you relax with local masseuses.

The 7 bedrooms – all with bathrooms - take
advantage of the several levels in the house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a magnificent view of the town, a sitting area, tiled fireplace, kitchenette, patio and terrace. Other suites include bedroom/sitting rooms, great views and patios. All bathrooms are attractively decorated in colorful Mexican tile.
