Casa Amistad is a wonderful, light filled and spacious home located in the neighborhood of San Rafael, an easy 15 minute walk into the center of town.
This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home has an attached “Casita” as well!
The main house consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room with gas fireplace and dining room with views of the covered and amply furnished patio, grill and beautiful mature garden with fountain.
There is a study/guests room with full bath on this main level.
A beautiful curved staircase leads you up from the living room to the second floor. There are 2 bedrooms, each with king and matrimonial beds, gas fireplaces and wall mounted A/C units. The bedrooms share a large tiled bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms open onto a covered and comfortably furnished terrace that overlooks the garden.
The third level offers a light filled room what can be used as a study, studio or simply a wonderful place to sit peacefully while enjoying the views of the countryside from its very large open air patio.
The attached “casita” is accessed from the interior front patio and garden of the main house. It has a equipped kitchen, small living area with TV and interior stairs leading to a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with shower and its own private covered terrace.
Casa Amistad offers housekeeping service 2 days per week, laundry with washer only, a water purification system in the kitchen of the main house and Casita.

Casa Amistad es una hermosa y amplia casa ubicada en el barrio de San Rafael, a 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad.
Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 ½ baños también tiene una "Casita" adjunta!
La casa principal se conforma de una amplia cocina totalmente equipada, que se abre a una sala con chimenea de gas y un comedor con vista al patio cubierto y amueblado, parrilla y un hermoso jardín con fuente.
Hay un estudio / cuarto de invitados con baño completo en este mismo nivel.
Una hermosa escalera lo lleva desde la sala al segundo piso. Hay 2 dormitorios, cada uno con cama king y matrimonial, chimeneas de gas y unidades de aire acondicionado montadas en la pared. Los dormitorios comparten un gran baño con ducha. Ambos dormitorios se abren a una terraza cubierta y cómodamente amueblada con vista al jardín.
El tercer nivel ofrece una habitación llena de luz que puede usarse como estudio o simplemente un lugar maravilloso para sentarse tranquilamente mientras disfruta de la vista del campo desde el patio al aire libre.
La Casita adjunta se accede desde el patio delantero interior y el jardín de la casa principal. Tiene una cocina equipada, una pequeña sala con TV y escaleras interiores que conducen a un cómodo dormitorio con una cama king size, baño con ducha y su propia terraza techada.
Casa Amistad ofrece servicio de limpieza 2 días a la semana, lavandería con lavadora solamente, sistema de purificación de agua en la cocina de la casa principal y Casita.
