This spacious and light-filled home is located in one of San Miguel's most desirable and attractive neighborhoods, directly across the street from lovely and quiet Guadiana Park. Guests enter the brilliant blue home where their eyes are immediately drawn to the rear lush garden separated from the living only by a wall of glass. The first floor is composed of a large modern kitchen, dining room with seating for 6-8, a comfy living room with fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 singles or one king, and an additional sitting room with views of the park and, of course, the rear patio and garden with an eating area with tables, chairs and an umbrella.
The house is decorated with a playful, colorful, folk-art theme with an emphasis on comfort.
Upstairs is a huge, light-filled master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite master bathroom and two outdoor areas. The doors of the front glass wall of the master bedroom open out onto a huge terrace with treetop views of the park. The rear balcony highlights the colorful garden-patio below.
