Open the door to CASA 20 and enter into your private spa-like home away from home - you are greeted by the sound of a gentle waterfall, the greenery of giant palms, solid stone underfoot and a brilliant blue sky above.
CASA20 is conveniently located on a charming, cobblestone laneway - the flavour of San Miguel is all around. Although this lane is closed to through traffic, cars and cabs are able to pull right up to the front door . A peaceful and quiet Callejon ....just a few minutes away from the Jardin & the Paroquia. Warren Hardy , the leading Spanish Language School is just around the corner.
THE FIRST FLOOR of this casa has a traditional Mexican kitchen with casual dining space for 8. Take a dip in the heated plunge pool - day or night, summer, or winter with radiant heated floors for the experience is the ultimate in relaxation...whether it be blue skies or the twinkle of stars above. On this main floor, the bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite is both private and quiet- interior, iron doors to reveal the Mesquite tree that winds its way through the house making this bedroom a very special retreat.
THE SECOND FLOOR at CASA20 - The Living room is both comfortable and stylish. A gas fireplace for cooler nights, a flat screen tv /dvd & comfy sofa make this Sala the perfect spot to unwind. Doors open to the atrium, revealing an abundance of flowers and plants surrounding the impressive stone columns and mesquite beams.
The sitting area/office offers a very comfortable queen size foldout sofa & desk with views to the quiet street below and the interior atrium. The master bedroom has screened windows which wrap themselves around the “tree within”. Both with private ensuites.
Uniquely, two of the three full bathrooms in this casa have grand showers that have also been designed to function as bathtubs ...water cascades down the stone steps and now a bath has been drawn!
(In addition, there is also a powder room on the first floor - for a total of 3.5 bathrooms)
THE ROOF TERRACE at CASA20 - Early morning, the air is crisp and the sky is bright... a perfect spot to enjoy the beginning of your day. A beautiful variety of birds are entertainingly active! Here, you will find the perfect spot to lose yourself in a favourite book. 'The Tent' is a covered seating area with loads of comfortable pillows & protection from the sun. This is also the place to enjoy cocktails while marveling at the spectacular sunset and view. And, If you run short on limes...simply pick one from one of two lime trees. Dining for 6 is an option on this very private Terrace.
The attention to detail and design at CASA20 is unique and thoughtful - natural light drifts down and through the house by way of multiple skylights and shafts. The craftsmanship by talented Mexican artisans is unquestionably brilliant - from the hand carved doors and beams to the custom designed solid stone columns.

Abre la puerta de CASA 20 y entrarás a un hogar privado tipo spa lejos de casa: te recibe el sonido de una suave cascada, el verde de palmeras gigantes, piedra sólida debajo y un cielo azul brillante en la parte superior.
CASA20 está convenientemente ubicado en un encantador callejón adoquinado, con todo el sabor de San Miguel. Aunque esta calla está cerrada al tráfico, pero los automóviles y los taxis pueden llegar hasta la puerta principal. Un Callejón tranquilo y silencioso ... a pocos minutos del Jardín y la Paroquia. Warren Hardy, la principal escuela de español está a la vuelta de la esquina.
EL PRIMER PISO de esta casa tiene una cocina tradicional mexicana con un espacio de comedor informal para 8 personas. Nade en la piscina : de día o de noche, verano o invierno la experiencia es lo último en relajación ... ya sea en el cielo azul o en el brillo de las estrellas. En este nivel, el dormitorio con cama quien y baño es privado y tranquilo tiene puertas interiores de hierro que se abren para revelar el árbol de Mesquite que serpentea a través de la casa, lo que hace de este dormitorio un retiro muy especial.
EL SEGUNDO PISO en CASA20 - La sala es cómoda y elegante. Una chimenea de gas para las noches más frescas, un televisor de pantalla plana / DVD y un cómodo sofá hacen de esta Sala el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Las puertas se abren al atrio, revelando una abundancia de flores y plantas que rodean las impresionantes columnas de piedra y vigas de mezquite.
La sala/oficina tiene un comodo sofa cama queen y escritorio con vistas a la tranquila calle de abajo y al atrio interior. El dormitorio principal tiene ventanas con mosquiteros que envuelven el "árbol interior". Ambos con baño privado.
Excepcionalmente, dos de los tres baños completos en esta casa tienen duchas grandes que también han sido diseñadas para funcionar como bañeras ... ¡el agua cae en cascada por los escalones de piedra y ahora se ha extraído un baño! (Además, también hay un tocador en el primer piso, para un total de 3.5 baños)
LA TERRAZA DEL TECHO @ CASA20 - Temprano en la mañana, el aire es fresco y el cielo es brillante ... un lugar perfecto para disfrutar el comienzo de su día. Una hermosa variedad de aves se podrán observar! Aquí encontrarás el lugar perfecto para perderte en un libro favorito. 'The Tent' es una zona de asientos cubierta con muchas almohadas cómodas y protección contra el sol. Este es también el lugar para disfrutar de cócteles mientras se maravilla con la espectacular puesta de sol y la vista. Y, si te quedas sin limones ... simplemente elige uno de uno de los dos árboles de limones. Cenar para 6 es una opción en esta terraza muy privada.
La atención al detalle y el diseño @ CASA20 es única y bien pensada: la luz natural se desplaza a través de la casa a través de múltiples tragaluces y ejes. La artesanía de talentosos artesanos mexicanos es incuestionablemente brillante, desde las puertas y vigas talladas a mano hasta las columnas de piedra maciza diseñadas a medida.
