There are no words to describe how lovely Casa Adelita is. It was built in the 1600`s and was lovingly restored by its owners to reflect peace and tranquility everywhere you look and in every detail. This home offers many patios, terraces, fountains, a dipping pool, outdoor chimneys, and seating areas… the flowers and views of the Parroquia are breathtaking!
Casa Adelita is located one block from the historic center of town and is surrounded by art galleries, a wonderful selection of fine restaurants, and many delightful shops.
Upon entering Casa Adelita you are greeted by a beautiful antique fountain in the large central courtyard. The Grand Dining Room, with its 15-foot ceilings and large "cantera" fireplace, will comfortably seat 10 guests in chairs upholstered with exquisite handmade textiles from Chiapas.
Courtyard doors open to a lovely Living Room with TV, equally impressive ceilings and antique stone and plaster walls. Connected to the Living Room is the powder room and one of the 2 downstairs Master Suites, each elegantly designed, offering King sized beds, one with a TV, and beautifully appointed private bathrooms. The other Master Suite is located next to a covered outdoor sitting area complete with a fountain and heated dipping pool. The beautifully designed and authentic tiled kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the central courtyard with the laundry facility close.
Upstairs you will find another wonderful large outdoor, covered terrace with comfortable and ample seating, a cantera fireplace, beautiful mature potted plants, and incredible views of the city. The 2 lovely guest rooms are located on either side of this sitting area, one offering a king sized bed, the other 2 full size beds and both have private bathrooms. There is also another bedroom with a King Size bed and full bath with shower and TV.
Casa Adelita offers purified water throughout the house plus Cable TV, DVD, Sound system "sonos", Telephone, Internet and Alarm system. Secure parking is available across the street.
The 2 full time staff members work Monday thru Friday 9 am-3 pm & Saturday 9 am – 12 noon and they will be happy to help you with all your needs including cooking.
Complimentary breakfast is served each morning for 3 days for short term guests and complimentary for the first 2 mornings for long term guests. If additional meals are requested, please visit in advance with our Chef who speaks English and will be happy to help you.
Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms.
Sheets and towels are washed once a week unless otherwise requested for a special situation.
Tipping is standard practice in Mexico and is very much appreciated!
$50.00 USD per room per week. If you are particularly pleased, any amount above this will be greatly appreciated.
Overtime charge is $100 pesos per hour and paid directly to the staff.
2 sets of house keys will be given to you upon your arrival.
The pool is heated with a timer. Additional charge for heating the pool.
There is no maid's room in the house.
No pets allowed.

No hay palabras que describan lo adorable que es Casa Adelita. Fue construida en los años de 1600 y fue restaurada por sus dueños para reflejar paz y tranquilidad por todos lados que uno mira y en cada detalle. Esta casa ofrece patios, terrazas, fuentes, chimeneas externas y áreas para sentarse... las flore y la vista de la Parroquia le arrancan a uno suspiros!
Casa Adelita es localizad a una cuadra del centro histórico y esta rodeada de galerías, de finos restaurantes y tiendas exclusivas.
Al entrar a Casa Adelita uno es recibido con una hermosa fuente antigua in el centro del amplio patio. El amplio comedor con techos de 4.5 metros y una chimenea de cantera puede sentar a 12 invitados en sillas tapizadas con fino textil hecho a mano en Chiapas.
Las puertas del Patio se abren a una Sala con techos igualmente impresionantes y paredes con piedra antigua. Conectado a la Sala esta el Tocador y una de las dos recamaras principales del piso de abajo. Cada una diseñada elegantemente con camas King y hermosas baños privados. La otra Recamara Principal esta localizada junto a un area cubierta para sentarse y una segunda fuente. La cocina diseñada con autentico mosaico esta totalmente equipada y también se abre al patio central con el área de lavado cerca.
En la parte de arriba se encuentra otra terraza cubierta con una cómoda y amplia área para sentarse, una chimenea de cantera, hermosas plantas y una increíble vista de la ciudad. En este nivel se encuntran 2 encantadoras habitaciones que están ubicadas a ambos lados esta área para sentarse, una ofrece una cama king size, la otra 2 camas matrimoniales y ambas tienen baño privado. También hay otro dormitorio con cama Queen Size y baño completo.
Casa Adelita ofrece agua purificada en toda la casa además de Cable, DVD, Teléfono, Internet y Sistema de Alarma. Enfrente hay Estacionamiento Seguro.
Hay dos personas que trabajan de Lunes a Viernes de 9am-3pm & Sábado 9am-12 medio dia and ellos podrán ayudarlos en lo que necesiten incluyendo cocinar.
Desayuno complementario es servido por 3 días para huéspedes de corto plazo y por 2 días para huéspedes de largo plazo. Si comidas adicionales son requeridas favor de coordinarlo con nuestra Chef, quien habla Inglés y podrá ayudrte.
Aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones.•

La Propina es una practica standard en Mexico y es apreciada.
$50.00 usd por cuarto por semana. Si está particularmente complacido, cualquier cantidad superior a esta será muy apreciada.
El tiempo extra es de $ 100 pesos por hora y se paga directo al personal.
2 juegos de llaves de la casa se le serán entregados a su llegada.
Calefacción de la piscina es con Timer. Cargo adicional por calentar la piscina.
No hay cuarto de servicio en la casa.
No se permiten mascotas.
