This beautiful home is located just one short block to the Instituto Allende. When opening the front entrance, you will be taken aback by the lovely fountain. This ideal location is perfect for anybody attending the Instituto and right in the center of all the shops, restaurants and attractions of the Ancha De San Antonio area. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of both the area of the Instituto as well as the skyline of the Parroquia Church in the central square.
The home features a small plunge pool which is lovely and located between the main house and casita. Ideal for cooling off while having a drink in the patio area which is very beautiful. The gardens are beautifully planted with the indigenous plants of the Mexican highlands featuring cactus and other beautiful specimans which are local to this región.
The home features three lovely bedrooms with baths attached. The master bedroom of the second floor of the main house has a king bed and bath. The Casita features a lovely sitting area and a queen bedded bedroom with Tub and shower in the bath. The third bedroom has twins and bath. There is also an office with a single bed available and bath attached as well. The master has a gas log fireplace as well as the two additional bedrooms.
There are a TV's in the living room and also the casita. Wireless Internet is available for your use as well
The kitchen is fully outfitted for your pleasure and the cook/maid can easily prepare your breakfast and help with other meals. The beautiful dining room can seat 8 persons and has a beautiful flow from the living room and kitchen. The lovely dining room flows into the outdoor areas for seamless entertaining and convenience
Casa Allende offers plenty of living space for people to relax individually or in groups . The home is great for entertaining in the courtyard and garden area with fountain. There are two outdoor venues for dining- there is a 4 place table and an 8 place table for your outdoor dining pleasure. The exterior covered sala is complete with a gas log fireplace, wet bar and sink, a refrigerator and ice maker for your entertaining pleasure. There are gas log fireplaces in the living room and all the bedrooms. The roof top has a beautiful view and a gas fired BBQ Grill for your use.
For guests who drive to San Miguel, there is a garage available with auto door opener.

Esta hermosa casa está ubicada a solo una cuadra del Instituto Allende. Al abrir la entrada principal, te sorprenderá la hermosa fuente. La terraza de la azotea ofrece una hermosa vista tanto del área del Instituto como del horizonte de la Iglesia de la Parroquia en la plaza central.
La casa cuenta con una pequeña piscina que es encantadora y está ubicada entre la casa principal y la casita. Ideal para refrescarse mientras toma una bebida en el patio, que es muy hermoso. Los jardines que tiene plantas autóctonas de de México, tiene cactus y otros hermosos ejemplares que son locales de esta región.
La casa cuenta con tres preciosas habitaciones cada una con baños. El dormitorio principal , en el segundo piso de la casa principal, tiene una cama king y un baño. La Casita cuenta con una hermosa sala y un dormitorio con cama matrimonial y con tine y ducha en el baño. El tercer dormitorio tiene cama individual y baño. También hay una oficina con una cama individual disponible y baño adjunto también. La recámara princiapl tiene una chimenea de gas, así como los dos dormitorios adicionales.
Hay un televisor en la sala y también en la casita. Internet inalámbrico está disponible.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y la cocinera puede preparar fácilmente su desayuno y ayudar con otras comidas. El hermoso comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas y tiene una vista desde la sala y la cocina. El encantador comedor fluye hacia las áreas al aire libre para brindar entretenimiento y .
